What we collect
When you place an order, create an account, or contact us, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing details, order history, and the contents of your message. Payments are handled by Stripe; POJO does not receive or store your full payment-card number.
If you choose Google, Microsoft, or another sign-in option, that provider sends us the basic account details you approve, such as your name, email address, and a provider-specific account identifier.
How we use it
We use customer information to process and deliver orders, provide receipts and service messages, remember order history, prevent fraud, answer questions, operate customer accounts, and improve POJO. We do not sell personal information.
Site traffic
We collect limited first-party traffic information, including anonymous visitor and session identifiers, page paths, referral hostnames, and campaign tags such as UTM values. We use this information in aggregate to understand which pages and campaigns are useful. The tracker does not run when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
Service providers
We share information only as needed with providers that help us run the store, including Stripe for payments, Microsoft Azure for hosting and customer identity, sign-in providers you select, and email or fulfillment services used to communicate and deliver orders. Those providers handle information under their own privacy terms and our service arrangements.
Storage and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for orders, customer service, accounting, security, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your POJO account, subject to records we must retain for legal or business purposes. You can also ask questions about this policy by emailing support@pojousa.com.
Changes
We may update this policy as POJO or the services we use change. The latest version and effective date will always appear on this page.
