Orders and payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Prices, availability, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
Availability and cancellations
POJO products are offered in limited quantities. An item in your bag is not reserved until checkout is complete. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, payment cannot be verified, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the appropriate refund.
Shipping
Shipping estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery timing can be affected by carriers, weather, address problems, and events outside our control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address and contacting us promptly if an order appears delayed or damaged.
Product information
We work to present product descriptions, ingredients, colors, weights, and images accurately. Handmade and small-batch products naturally vary. Always review the ingredient list before use and stop using a product if irritation occurs. POJO products are for external use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a medical condition.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission. We may restrict access when necessary to protect customers, POJO, or the site.
Site content
The POJO name, designs, photography, writing, and other site content belong to POJO or its licensors. You may use the site for personal shopping, but you may not copy, resell, scrape, or commercially reuse its content without permission.
